Base Salary
$194k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver cloud-based infrastructure projects.
- Drive the evaluation and rollout of new common features and frameworks.
- Operate, support, and upgrade shared services and frameworks.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high programming standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix services and frameworks.
- Evaluate system performance and resolve bottlenecks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, product owners, and operations engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; master's preferred.
- 8+ years of programming experience in an object-oriented language like Java.
- 3+ years of experience with MySQL or equivalent relational database systems.
- 3+ years of experience developing and operating web services on Kubernetes.
- Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat, AWS, Redis, and Docker.
- Knowledge of network security, authentication, and authorization.
- Demonstrated experience following best software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
