Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead and mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Guide teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and hardware inventory processes.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control and code reviews.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
