Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Salesforce deployments using Copado pipelines.
- Oversee code promotion, release planning, and environment coordination across the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues including validation failures, merge conflicts, and release blockers.
- Support application monitoring, alert tracking, performance analysis, and proactive issue identification.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Architecture, and DevOps teams on release cycles.
- Drive deployment automation and process improvements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain deployment documentation, operational procedures, and release runbooks.
- Develop and execute knowledge-transfer plans for continuity of deployment operations.
Requirements
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Copado.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Git and Bitbucket and with CI/CD practices.
- Experience in release management, deployment planning, and environment management.
- 5–10 years of experience.
- Preferred: application support at the L2/L3 level or managed services experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Preferred: exposure to DevOps best practices, release governance, and change management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
