Responsibilities
- Own mobile product development from architecture design through deployment.
- Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Design, evaluate, and implement scalable application architectures.
- Define coding standards, technical guidelines, best practices, and development processes.
- Integrate AI models into mobile applications through APIs.
- Lead or mentor development teams and support the growth of junior developers.
- Manage Firebase services, cloud infrastructure, deployments, and scalability.
- Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and deliver rapid, high-quality product changes.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart with proven mobile application development experience.
- Solid understanding of AWS and/or GCP infrastructure, including architecture, deployment, and scalability.
- Experience managing diverse architectures and selecting suitable approaches for products.
- Knowledge of Firebase services including Firestore, Authentication, Storage, and Functions.
- Familiarity with API integrations and implementing scalable architectures.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good spoken and written English and the ability to work autonomously with a product-focused mindset.
- Experience integrating AI models into mobile applications is valued.
- Backend knowledge such as TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or Java is valued.
- Experience launching personal or side projects, especially apps, is valued.
- Native iOS development experience is highly valued.
