Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable UI, API, backend, and integration test automation frameworks.
- Set automation direction, mentor SDETs, and drive technical execution.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, optimize pipelines, and establish release quality gates.
- Improve test environment reliability, test data management, and flaky-test reduction.
- Perform load, stress, scalability, and performance bottleneck analysis.
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams on reliability, deployment stability, and observability.
- Use AI tools and LLM-based systems for test design, test creation, failure analysis, debugging, test optimization, and defect pattern detection.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software quality engineering experience, including automation direction, SDET mentoring, and technical execution.
- Strong hands-on experience building scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, backend, and integration testing.
- Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines, including test integration, pipeline optimization, and release gating.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments, containers, microservices, service dependencies, and test environments.
- Experience ensuring environment stability through test environment reliability, test data management, and flaky-test reduction.
- Strong background in performance testing, including load, stress, scalability testing, and bottleneck analysis.
- Experience collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams to improve reliability, deployment stability, and observability.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and LLM-based systems for testing and debugging workflows.
- Experience applying AI-driven approaches to log analysis, failure clustering, test optimization, and defect pattern detection.
