Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and data and AI transformation.
- Design strategic customer engagement plans with Account Executives and UKI leadership.
- Architect complex solutions involving AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and third-party tools.
- Build examples and demonstrations that showcase data and AI capabilities to customers.
- Mentor the wider solutions architecture practice and establish technical best practices.
- Lead executive engagement, create customer-facing content, and speak at industry events.
Requirements
- Experience influencing technology change and implementing data and AI strategy at global-scale enterprises.
- Deep understanding of customer and vendor commercial motivations and sales cycles.
- Knowledge of major data and AI market players, hyperscalers, and key ISVs.
- Deep technical experience with Python, SQL, Apache Spark, Databricks, and related data and AI technologies.
- Ability to orchestrate diverse teams and explain complex technology to non-technical leaders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% to customer sites and London offices.
