Responsibilities
- Handle pre-sales Statement of Work requests from creation to handoff.
- Work on AI Implementation projects, designing and configuring applications on the Five9 platform.
- Provide configuration advice and problem resolution on Five9 products.
- Train customers to ensure a thorough understanding of the application.
- Manage projects with minimal oversight while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum three years of business experience in a customer-facing position.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% nationally, with occasional international travel possible.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new skills and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Passion for continuous personal and professional improvement.
