Responsibilities
- Operationalize agentic AI and strategic ML models from concept through production.
- Research, implement, maintain, document, and support AI tools, frameworks, platforms, and ML DevOps processes.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot agentic custom connectors, custom actions, and integrations.
- Create and maintain production, staging, QA, and development environments.
- Create and operationalize quality-assurance processes for ML models.
- Optimize model deployment, change-control, cloud spend, and production operations.
- Manage cloud security compliance and support scalable, resilient, automated solutions in GCP and agentic platforms.
- Mentor team members and lead technology and best-practice adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required; the qualifications section also specifies at least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, integration engineering, ML engineering, AI engineering, or data science.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or data science, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong Python development skills and familiarity with GCP and Vertex AI.
- Experience building, maintaining, and supporting traditional ML pipelines in GCP and experience with cloud engineering in GCP.
- Experience integrating third-party products such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, OneTrust, and Workday with GCP pipelines, ideally including Glean connectors and actions.
- Experience building and using APIs and endpoints, preferably in a GCP environment.
- Background with an agentic AI platform, preferably Glean.
- Strong understanding of orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
- Experience with large language models and communication protocols such as MCP.
- Ability to mentor others and lead teams in technology and best practices.
