Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, optimize, implement, and validate computer vision and image processing algorithms.
- Apply advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to complex engineering problems.
- Develop production-quality software using C++ and/or Python.
- Research, prototype, and deploy solutions using machine learning and computer vision technologies.
- Analyze large datasets and imagery to improve system accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers, geospatial specialists, and product teams on scalable solutions.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical architecture discussions.
- Contribute to AI-enabled workflows and modern engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Remote Sensing, Geospatial Sciences, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry or research experience.
- Strong mathematical background and ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts to engineering challenges.
- Professional experience developing computer vision, image processing, or machine learning solutions.
- Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python.
- Experience designing, implementing, and validating complex algorithms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and AI agents used in coding workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills.
- Preferred: master’s or Ph.D. in a related technical discipline.
- Preferred: experience with geospatial, photogrammetric, remote sensing, machine learning frameworks, modern AI technologies, cloud-based processing environments, and transitioning research concepts into production software.
