Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate long-term application development strategy aligned with organizational and business objectives.
- Manage the application development team’s day-to-day work and support collaboration, growth, quality, and timely delivery.
- Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and business intelligence to identify innovation and process-improvement opportunities.
- Allocate resources and prioritize development projects based on skills, budget, personnel, and business needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and establish governance processes supporting compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to understand application requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
- Communicate with external partners, vendors, and clients to gather feedback and align development efforts with customer expectations.
- Review and approve project deliverables for quality and alignment with technology strategy.
- Architect, code, test, debug, and implement digital software solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise or web applications.
- 5+ years of experience with React, React TypeScript, React JS, Python, Node.js, or other front-end frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, Azure, or other public cloud services.
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with Java-based technologies, FastAPI, Spring Boot, and REST.
- 3+ years of experience applying Agile development practices.
- 3+ years of experience applying AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Amazon Q to software design, development, testing, and code review.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience leading projects or managing direct reports.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Spanner, Bigtable, or other PaaS technologies.
- Preferred ability to guide responsible AI-assisted engineering adoption and evaluate outputs for quality, security, and reliability.
- Microsoft Certified Application Developer and Certified Agile Developer certifications are preferred.
