Responsibilities
- Develop new products and features while improving and maintaining existing systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Build high-performance, scalable systems supporting treatment planning solutions, including brachytherapy products.
- Analyze and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues through reproduction and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with global engineering and support teams to ensure product quality and stability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation covering design, implementation, and defect analysis.
- Improve development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining software solutions is required by the role responsibilities.
- Ability to build high-performance, scalable systems and troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and investigate customer-reported issues.
- Ability to collaborate with global engineering and support teams.
- Knowledge of coding standards, best practices, technical documentation, quality processes, and regulatory requirements.
