Responsibilities

Design, build, and own highly scalable, cloud-native services using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Lead the technical execution of large, cross-cutting initiatives from initial design through production delivery.
Act as the technical glue between long-term strategic visions and the team’s daily execution.
Raise the engineering bar through rigorous design and code reviews.
Tackle unique scaling challenges by designing systems for massive data throughput.
Mentor and grow the technical skills of the engineers around you.
Partner closely with Product, Infrastructure, and Engineering leadership.
Identify technical risks early and propose architectural shifts.
Be available for stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Extensive experience building and operating production-grade full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Deep understanding of asynchronous programming and React performance optimization.
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-month technical projects.
Strong background in building and consuming scalable APIs and managing state across distributed systems.
Deep familiarity with cloud-native development and modern container orchestration.
Ability to influence technical direction at the team and sub-system level.
Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical trade-offs.
A hands-on, pragmatic mindset balancing architectural health with quick iterations.
Comfort working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
