Responsibilities
- Own and govern the end-to-end release management process.
- Manage deployment pipelines across multiple environments.
- Define and enforce release gates and change management procedures.
- Support the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Champion DevOps best practices including Infrastructure as Code.
- Lead and manage complex infrastructure and networking projects.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot environment-level issues impacting test execution.
- Architect and document scalable GCP infrastructure solutions.
- Implement and enforce cloud governance policies on GCP.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience managing releases in large-scale environments.
- Strong project management skills; PMP certification is an asset.
- Understanding of GCP cloud architectures and disaster recovery patterns.
- Hands-on expertise with Terraform and GCP services.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and engineering audiences.
- Experience supporting QA/testing teams in pre-production environments.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience creating technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
