Responsibilities
- Develop, operate, and improve automated build, integration, test, and deployment pipelines for Software and GNC teams.
- Maintain software versioning, release management, and configuration-control systems across multiple deployment targets.
- Create developer tools, documentation, automation, templates, and self-service workflows to improve developer experience.
- Develop and maintain containerized development, build, and test environments for engineers, CI runners, and HITL platforms.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and configuration-management automation for CI, developer tooling, and HITL infrastructure.
- Investigate users’ problems and create efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Software Productivity.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Experience with at least one scripting or programming language such as Python or Bash for automation and developer tooling.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman.
- Experience with Linux systems, network configuration, and common networking protocols.
- Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills across software, build systems, infrastructure, and networked environments.
- Preferred experience with developer experience, internal developer platforms, build systems, release engineering, or software tooling.
- Preferred experience maintaining C++ build systems and using CMake, Make, Bazel, or equivalent.
- Preferred experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
- Preferred experience building CI/CD systems for build, test, packaging, and deployment workflows.
- Preferred experience packaging and supporting cross-platform SDKs or developer-facing software releases.
- Preferred experience managing build configurations, versioned releases, artifacts, release automation, SBOM generation, or software configuration management.
