Responsibilities
- Lead the technical element of a way-of-working and process audit across technology teams.
- Work with product squads to understand how work flows across teams.
- Map processes, handover points, dependencies, and integration bottlenecks.
- Assess interactions between modern front-end products, legacy backend systems, and middle-layer APIs.
- Conduct interviews and team-shadowing sessions with technical teams.
- Build relationships with developers, engineers, and technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical insight and recommendations for audit and transformation strategies.
- Coach and support developers in identifying improvements to their ways of working.
Requirements
- Deep experience with modern TypeScript and enterprise Java ecosystems.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, client engagement, and technical consultancy.
- Understanding of modern cloud environments, RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and complex platform migrations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and outcome-focused working skills.
