Responsibilities
- Maintain and secure AWS environments.
- Build and deploy software releases throughout the development life cycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Automate processes using Bash and Python.
- Act as a technical liaison between development, professional services, and customer support teams.
- Review and audit existing solutions and participate in security audits.
- Create technical documentation and mentor team members.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of production cloud operations experience.
- 4+ years of expertise in Linux command line.
- 4+ years of experience using Terraform in AWS for automation.
- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in building production services in AWS.
- 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes configuration management.
- 4+ years of experience with Docker and building Docker images.
- 4+ years of experience working with Artifactory and Jenkins.
- 4+ years of experience with scripting using Python and Bash.
- Significant experience with CI/CD automation tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience using AI to improve cloud operations, security, and support tasks.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
