Base Salary
$62k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and secure container platforms and container management software for client needs.
- Build and support AWS DevOps tools and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Build container images and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes or EKS.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code environments for automated server and network configuration, large-scale deployments, monitoring, and testing.
- Develop and support custom applications in production environments.
- Recommend resources and approaches for clients to securely adopt and manage containers.
- Inform cloud platform strategy and design while ensuring containerization standards are met.
- Identify and implement automation to improve user experience.
- Evaluate, mitigate, and resolve container security vulnerability findings.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with AWS Cloud building and supporting DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- At least 3 years of experience with containerization, image building, and Kubernetes or EKS deployment orchestration.
- At least 3 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code environments and automated configurations, deployments, monitoring, or testing.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and supporting custom applications in production.
- Experience supporting an agile environment and knowledge of container networking, monitoring, and storage solutions.
- Knowledge of container security technologies and vulnerability remediation.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within six months of hire.
- Preferred experience with automation, Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, Ruby, system integration, JSON/YAML/XML configuration, OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model, or DevSecOps Maturity Model.
- Preferred bachelor's degree and cloud certification experience, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure Certification.
