Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and deploy state-of-the-art LLM and voice systems for conversational AI.
- Own features and system improvements end to end from design through production deployment.
- Shape technical decisions across architecture, tooling, and infrastructure.
- Own a core product area such as voice, chat, workflows, or integrations and drive its roadmap.
- Lead technical initiatives that ship directly to customers.
- Work with customers and Forward Deployed Engineers to guide product direction.
- Establish engineering best practices and mentor newer engineers.
- Contribute to product and technical strategy as an early engineer.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-stack web development experience, preferably including startup experience.
- Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure and PostgreSQL.
- A track record of owning technically challenging, cross-functional projects.
- Strong attention to detail, design judgment, communication, teamwork, independence, and customer orientation.
- Preferred experience deploying reliable LLM-based products in production.
- Preferred experience with Vite, TanStack Router, TanStack Query, TanStack Table, Temporal, and data-intensive or real-time applications.
