Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy state-of-the-art LLM and voice systems.
- Own meaningful features or system improvements from design to deployment.
- Drive the roadmap for core product areas like voice, chat, or workflows.
- Lead technical initiatives that deliver directly to customers.
- Establish engineering best practices and mentor newer engineers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably at startups.
- Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
