Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize AI models, algorithms, and intelligent cloud services using Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular front ends and Java/Spring Boot back ends.
  • Provision Azure AI resources, manage foundation model endpoints, and orchestrate LLM workflows.
  • Build and tune production-grade RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, semantic chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, and hybrid retrieval.
  • Develop semi-autonomous workflows and Agentic AI systems with tool integration, error handling, and latency management.
  • Integrate Azure AI and LLM workflows with enterprise applications while supporting secure data transit, state management, and AI-driven user experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, evaluate technologies, and recommend technical strategies.
  • Participate in automated deployment, integration pipelines, testing, and change-readiness initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
  • Typically 8+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of full-stack engineering, cloud-native development, and enterprise AI deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure AI Studio, foundation model deployment, prompt flows, and vector search.
  • Project experience with Angular or similar technologies and Java-based full-stack development.
  • Experience with Java, Python, Spring or Spring Boot, web services, and SQL.
  • Production-level experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/Sass, and Bootstrap.
  • Understanding of document chunking, embedding selection, vector stores, hybrid retrieval, and Agentic AI patterns.
  • Experience with JUnit and awareness of LLM evaluation metrics such as grounding, relevance, and latency.
  • Experience with automated deployment and integration pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
  • Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol, multi-turn agent frameworks, semantic orchestration, and cloud data tools such as Databricks is preferred.
  • Ability to independently solve complex problems, exercise judgment, coordinate across organizations, and interact with senior professionals and management.
