Lead, Infrastructure Security Engineer - Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners, technical leads, engineers, designers, and delivery professionals to define needs, technical designs, and feature stories.
- Implement identity management solutions and improve the Identity Governance and Administration platform through hands-on project work.
- Troubleshoot defects and complex technical or process problems with Operations Support and QA teams using root cause analysis.
- Maintain product security and code integrity throughout the product lifecycle, including integrating security features and updates.
- Collaborate with BISO, engineering, and architecture teams to address identity challenges and improve the platform.
- Coach and mentor team members while contributing to continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of developer experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.4 or higher, including Workflow, Forms, Application Onboarding, APIs, and Plugins.
- Exposure to or experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or experience in an identity security-related field.
- Knowledge of identity security architectures, frameworks, privileged access management, audit and compliance engagements, and PCI, SOX, and federal regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow and Identity Cloud platforms.
- Understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud computing.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Preferred qualifications include CISSP, CCSP, or Identity Management Institute credentials.
