Responsibilities

Engage with Chief Technical Officers and engineering leads to share technology roadmaps and define solution strategies.
Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives with users on the value Stripe can provide.
Advocate for customers internally to ensure their needs are represented with product engineering.
Plan and participate in quarterly business reviews, identifying new opportunities and collaborating on account planning.
Create technical content and speak as a thought leader at industry conferences.

4 years of experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or related roles, with at least 1 year in a customer-facing pre-sales role.
Strong technical knowledge in software architecture and comfortable discussing technical concepts.
Ability to write code.
Experience with large enterprise customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
