Responsibilities
- Lead the AI Architecture by defining the technical roadmap for AI native applications.
- Design and implement complex agentic systems and RAG patterns for personalized financial experiences.
- Set standards for AI development, promoting reusable components.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to integrate LLM capabilities.
- Establish rigorous evaluation and monitoring practices for AI outputs.
- Mentor and participate in hiring to foster a high-performance culture.
- Balance short-term delivery with medium-term platform stability.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a lead in delivering high-impact, large-scale software systems.
- Experience implementing LLMs, Generative AI features, or RAG patterns in production.
- Proficiency in building maintainable codebases and API designs.
- Experience navigating ambiguous projects requiring coordination across multiple units.
- Ability to link technical AI initiatives to core business drivers.
