Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy GenAI agents for digital customer and employee experiences across communication channels.
- Develop, optimize, and productionize AI/ML automation solutions for analyzing structured and unstructured network data.
- Prototype, fine-tune, and monitor LLMs and AI models using large datasets in cloud environments.
- Track AI market trends, propose high-impact opportunities, and lead pilot projects with measurable success metrics.
- Deliver end-to-end digitization from rapid MVPs to group-wide deployments.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in GenAI and in developing and applying AI solutions in business environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI, including fine-tuning, prompting, RAG pipelines, and tool integration.
- Strong Python skills for model development, data pipelines, data analysis, machine learning, and GenAI libraries.
- Experience implementing rapid prototypes, MVPs, or pilot projects.
- Fluency in Lithuanian.
