Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement and revenue.
  • Plan and execute integration engineering from architecture to code implementation.
  • Discuss technical concepts and explain Stripe's functionality to clients.
  • Educate users and the developer community about Stripe's value proposition and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for major users and partners.
  • Stay updated on new Stripe technologies and showcase thought leadership at industry events.
  • Provide recommendations and feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in code-level debugging for both Stripe and user code.
  • Able to discuss technical concepts and explain Stripe's functionality.
  • User-focused with a strong sense of empathy.
  • Confident in customer interactions and communication.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Broad technical expertise.
