Responsibilities
- Deploy production AI agents into complex platform workflows and build MCP servers for tool orchestration, context handling, and model routing through OpenRouter.
- Build integration systems for identity, e-signature, real-time data services, and AI agents.
- Develop rules engines, configuration runtimes, and AI copilots that enable customers to create new products without code changes.
- Lead customer onboarding through importer pipelines, schema mapping, and deadline-driven go-lives.
- Engineer multi-tenant infrastructure, asynchronous workers, document pipelines, scheduled jobs, and tenant-by-tenant AI agent deployments.
- Design public APIs and contracts for the customer ecosystem, with AI agents as first-class consumers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of Python web development experience.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- 3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud-based solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Django or another Python framework.
- 2+ years of experience building and consuming APIs.
- Daily, deliberate use of agentic AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex.
- Proven ability to direct AI agents on multi-file, long-horizon tasks.
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Professional experience with Docker and AWS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include 2+ years at a scaling startup, spec-driven development experience, production AI agent or multi-step LLM pipeline experience, and parallel agentic workflow experience.
