Responsibilities
- Improve operational capabilities through root cause analysis and tooling for large scale deployments.
- Lead post-mortem events to drive continuous organizational improvement.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues across cloud, robotics, and mesh networking architectures.
- Build scalable mechanisms to meet customer delivery needs.
- Design and deliver solutions ensuring scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to identify technical solutions.
Requirements
- Must maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- STEM degree or equivalent technical experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of operations and engineering experience.
- Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Ability to understand and navigate complex systems and code bases.
- Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact.
