Base Salary
$166k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create complex, scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
- Architect and govern agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed, code quality, and operational outcomes.
- Define validation, security, resiliency, auditability, traceability, and reuse guardrails for AI-enabled development practices.
- Apply software development lifecycle tools, enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development, and automation capabilities at scale.
- Advise cross-functional teams on technology matters and serve as the function’s subject matter expert.
- Create reusable software frameworks leveraged across teams and influence senior leaders and executives.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 7+ years of applied experience.
- Extensive experience with GCP or AWS.
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages, including Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI use, security, resiliency, data sensitivity, risk-based governance, and safe scaling patterns.
- Ability to solve complex technology problems and communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives.
