Responsibilities
- Architect scalable machine learning and generative AI systems integrated with existing data platforms and infrastructure.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code for machine learning models and scalable AI applications.
- Work with large-scale datasets including banking transactions, conversation histories, and document collections.
- Improve automation, operational efficiency, deployment, and system reliability.
- Continuously learn advanced AI topics and contribute to a knowledge-sharing engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of developer experience shipping code in production settings.
- Strong background in machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, C, or C++.
- Commitment to robust, scalable software, sound software and API design, accountability, ownership, and clear communication.
- Preferred: research experience with a publication record.
- Preferred: experience with LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or a comparable library.
- Preferred: experience building and scaling data-intensive software.
- Preferred: experience using GPUs for accelerated deep learning training.
