Base Salary
$99k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Google Cloud infrastructure, including projects, Shared VPC networking, load balancers, API Gateway ingress, TLS certificates, and Terraform configuration.
- Manage IAM and privileged access, including service-account down-scoping and access reviews.
- Operate CI/CD and deployment plumbing for serverless workloads.
- Build alerting and monitoring with Cloud Monitoring and investigate platform-layer production incidents.
- Lead security hardening involving API-key restrictions and secret handling across environments.
- Drive cost optimization by identifying and retiring unused resources.
- Review infrastructure pull requests and coordinate cross-cutting changes with platform, network, and security teams.
Requirements
- Experience with GCP networking and Shared VPC.
- Experience with Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Build, and GKE.
- Experience with GitHub, IAM security, and Terraform.
- Ability to own cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, monitoring, security hardening, and production incident investigation.
