Base Salary
$145k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for large collections of Workday integrations.
- Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday integrations.
- Create integration specifications, field mappings, and designs across the integration deployment lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders and system owners to identify business problems, assess impact, and align objectives.
- Investigate integration failures, perform root-cause analyses, and develop plans supporting Workday strategy.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for large, multi-month projects.
- Drive data strategy for people-related data and Workday's role in the overall systems landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least six years of experience working in Workday.
- At least one full Workday implementation with demonstrated Workday technical and integration experience.
- At least six years of experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- At least six years of experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
- At least six years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
- Preferred experience with Workday Extend application implementation and orchestrations.
- Preferred experience driving large architectural changes involving Workday and other systems.
- Preferred familiarity with Workday tenant configuration, data loads, payroll configurations, and maintenance.
- Preferred ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Preferred experience with responsible and ethical AI practices, AI-enabled workflow optimization, prompt/context engineering, and agent orchestration.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of $145,000 to $202,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
