Responsibilities

Define the long-term technical vision for AI red teaming and agent security platforms.
Architect end-to-end systems spanning LLM testing, AI agents, MCP, and deployment models.
Establish design principles for compliance-ready AI security products.
Partner with executive stakeholders, product leadership, and security teams.
Anticipate emerging AI threats and translate them into platform capabilities.
Review and guide critical architectural decisions across teams.
Mentor senior engineers and shape engineering culture and standards.

12+ years of experience in software engineering or platform architecture.
Demonstrated impact across multiple complex systems or organizations.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, security architecture, and testing frameworks.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and agent orchestration patterns.
Proven ability to influence without authority and drive org-wide alignment.
