Responsibilities
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle, from deciding what to build through design, implementation, and release.
- Build and maintain frontend and backend features as a full stack developer.
- Develop and improve construction software, including image-recognition capabilities for construction PDFs.
- Build newer real-time collaborative features that keep users’ work in sync.
- Collaborate with fellow developers through knowledge sharing and mutual learning.
- Maintain a high-quality codebase through thoughtful design and attention to detail.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues by understanding underlying systems and resolving unexpected behavior.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of some of React, TypeScript, Python, Terraform, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
- Command-line and Linux experience.
- Experience working within smaller, independent companies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
