Base Salary
$85k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage ServiceNow users, groups, roles, and least-privilege access controls.
- Perform platform patching, upgrades, health checks, incident troubleshooting, and service-request resolution.
- Support ticket and story management with accurate and timely information.
- Support the ServiceNow Authority to Operate lifecycle and remediate Plan of Action and Milestones findings.
- Maintain system documentation, security artifacts, standard operating procedures, and continuous-monitoring materials.
- Assist with custom ServiceNow user interfaces, forms, specialized applications, automated workflows, Flow Designer actions, and business rules.
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
- Five years of total experience, including one to three years of general IT experience and at least two years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and/or development.
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Preferred: master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Preferred: experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Preferred: DoD IAT Level II, CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, or equivalent certification meeting DoD 8140/8570.01-M requirements.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate.
