Responsibilities
- Design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions for internal HR and Finance processes.
- Develop AI agents, automated invoice-scanning solutions, approval workflows, and predictive models.
- Own features independently from ideation through production deployment.
- Build scalable, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready AI services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and non-technical teams to identify and deliver solutions.
- Challenge assumptions, ask critical questions, and build strong understanding of business domains.
- Translate business opportunities into concrete AI solutions with measurable organizational value.
Requirements
- Completed master’s degree in AI or Computer Science.
- Two to five years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience with production-grade Python.
- Experience with Docker and container-based development.
- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
- Familiarity with API integrations and CI/CD deployment flows.
- NLP experience or pipeline development is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and develop domain understanding.
- Strong analytical, pragmatic, communicative, and implementation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written Dutch is required.
