Base Salary

$141k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor for accounts and partners focused on AI/ML and GPU workloads.
Collaborate with account teams to develop success plans aligned with business goals.
Design and implement scalable architectures and modernization strategies tailored to customer needs.
Lead technical deep dives, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to accelerate adoption.
Optimize AI/ML workloads using tools like CUDA and TensorRT.
Educate customers on building scalable AI applications using Kubernetes and databases.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges in partnership with Engineering and Support teams.
Provide customer feedback to shape product roadmaps and enhance platform capabilities.

5+ years of Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Software Engineering experience.
Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience deploying and fine-tuning LLMs and GenAI models.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, and GPU optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Docker and Terraform.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with both engineers and executives.
Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements from discovery to post-deployment.
