Responsibilities
- Support Veeva application implementation projects as part of the Professional Services team.
- Collaborate with multiple project teams and experienced consultants.
- Support the Project Manager with project delivery and customer workshops.
- Assist with project analysis, solution design, and application configuration under the guidance of a Project Manager or Solution Architect.
- Support data migration and system testing activities.
- Help create client training documentation.
- Support the creation of reports and analytics for customer projects.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, computer engineering, medical studies, mathematics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field, or possessing equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate excellent academic performance.
- Communicate well and be fluent in Chinese and English.
- Have good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Show passion for using technology to improve business processes.
- Be able to manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Have a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Be available to work at least three days per week.
- SaaS or cloud experience and internship experience in software, consulting, or life sciences are nice to have.
