Base Salary
$80k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver automation and workflow solutions using various tools.
- Analyze business requirements across multiple dimensions.
- Architect solution designs and participate in design reviews.
- Configure and develop automation solutions following best practices.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- Perform testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Build deployment packages and coordinate structured deployments.
- Implement monitoring and data integrity checks for automation.
- Provide Tier 3 support for automation tools and workflows.
- Maintain documentation and deliver training to end users.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Mentor peers and collaborate across IT and business functions.
- Automate repetitive IT tasks using scripting methods.
- Travel to Re:Build locations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.
- Five or more years of experience as an automation/integration engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL Server or cloud-native databases.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
- Experience with system and application integration frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in full lifecycle solution delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Ability to apply UI/UX and cybersecurity best practices.
