Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the Sage X3 Finance ERP ecosystem through RUN support and BUILD development activities.
- Develop and maintain L4G customizations, including unit and integration testing.
- Create and maintain accurate, performant Crystal Reports.
- Translate user needs and functional specifications into technical Sage X3 solutions.
- Design scalable solutions for interfaces and define technical deliverables aligned with project goals.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation and estimate effort and resources for technical specifications.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, technical teams, and the Sage X3 Tech Lead.
- Help define and apply Sage X3 development and delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing with Sage X3, L4G, Crystal Reports, Eclipse, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes and business workflows.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in both support (RUN) and project (BUILD) environments.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
- A mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and user empowerment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
