Responsibilities
- Define and develop test strategy, scope, quality criteria, test plans, and test specifications for the Relays-Online platform.
- Plan and coordinate release testing across teams and functions while tracking progress, risks, coverage, and timelines.
- Manage defects and coordinate testing and release support in Azure DevOps.
- Perform manual testing during critical release phases and support teams in executing test cases.
- Establish test automation foundations and implement automated tests for critical end-to-end customer workflows.
- Drive Agile quality practices, Shift-Left coaching, CI/CD integration, and the integration of AI into parts of the processes.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation, environment setup, and test pipeline creation.
- Experience with web application testing using Robot Framework is preferred.
- Experience in Agile Scrum, quality assurance, and test leadership within software development environments.
- Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps for defect tracking, test coordination, and release support.
- Fluent communication in Finnish and English, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
