Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable, high-performance frontend systems.
- Use AI tools to improve development velocity and code quality.
- Lead technical decisions related to experimentation, personalization, and CMS integration.
- Drive innovation in frontend architecture and engineering practices.
- Own complex projects end to end and collaborate across teams.
- Take technical ownership and help shape frontend engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of frontend development experience with React and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience implementing A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
- Preferred experience integrating AI tools into development workflows, using headless CMS platforms such as Builder.io, integrating tracking or analytics tools, and developing ecommerce experiences.
- Preferred experience serving as a technical lead or decision-maker on complex projects.
- Ability to explore and validate technologies, balance speed with scalability and engineering cost, take ownership, drive technical direction, and collaborate across teams.
