Base Salary
$106k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, product managers, IT infrastructure, security, and support teams.
- Participate in roadmap development and backlog refinement.
- Build scalable front-end applications using modern web frameworks.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Create responsive, secure, and high-performing user experiences.
- Develop automated testing strategies and deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues across the full technology stack.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain the integrity and security of remote-access systems.
- Use coding assistants such as Claude Code and Devin and evaluate emerging AI engineering tools.
- Stay current with remote-access technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, three years with a master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience developing user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, or similar web technologies.
- Understanding of remote-access protocols, VPNs, and security best practices.
- Experience using artificial intelligence to accelerate software engineering delivery.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, independent-learning, and experimentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Clean Code, and XP software development practices.

- Annual base pay range of $105,900.00 to $155,300.00, with actual pay depending on location, skills, experience, education, and training.
