Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with technology teams to use existing services and solutions for business partners.
- Stay current with product features, technology, and computing trends.
- Collaborate with traders, quants, and technologists to establish requirements.
- Architect high-performance full-stack solutions for business problems.
- Participate in and contribute expertise during design and code reviews.
- Triage issues quickly and drive resolution efforts through completion.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Java and/or Python.
- Candidates whose primary language is Java must have baseline knowledge of Python.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Ability to create pragmatic solutions balancing tactical and strategic needs.
- Experience in the financial industry, particularly options, is a strong plus.
