Responsibilities
- Write clear, organized, maintainable Python code.
- Design and build complex software with multiple interacting components.
- Develop and maintain GUI, workflow, and application code for scientific products.
- Apply current software engineering tools, practices, and methodologies to produce high-quality code.
- Translate complex scientific requirements into intuitive and performant software solutions.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of software development experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and complex problem-solving.
- B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or another stream.
- Python experience is preferred; candidates with C++, Java, JavaScript, or React backgrounds and basic Python exposure are also welcomed.
- GUI development experience and experience with large, complex codebases are preferred but not required.
