Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, construction, configuration, and execution of software application development activities.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, primary point of contact, and responsible decision-maker for the team.
- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Design scalable data models, optimize query performance, manage cloud data security, and troubleshoot complex data-management issues.
- Mentor and support junior team members and facilitate communication across teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Google BigQuery.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data solutions.
- Experience designing scalable and efficient data models for large datasets.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage data security in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for data-processing workflows.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
