Base Salary

$220k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Architect the end-to-end business systems landscape integrating core platforms with AI automation.
Design the technical foundation for AI layers including headless and interactive agents.
Build frameworks for data flow between systems and AI models.
Partner with various teams to identify high-impact jobs and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure solutions are scalable and compliant.
Create standards and governance for automation and data flows.
Document architectural blueprints that clarify system interactions.
Serve as a thought partner on leveraging AI to enhance operations.

Six or more years in business systems architecture or senior technical design roles.
Deep understanding of GTM, Finance, and People systems like Salesforce and Workday.
Experience designing AI-driven workflows and automation frameworks.
Strong grounding in integration patterns and data modeling.
Ability to translate business requirements into lasting architecture.
Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
Curiosity and a desire to stay ahead in the AI landscape.
A bias for action with a high bar for technical clarity.
