Base Salary
$127k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality user experiences across web and mobile surfaces.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to design, develop, launch, and operate consumer-facing features.
- Work backward from customer problems to drive business impact.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Maintain and improve the backend services supporting product features.
Requirements
- Bachelor ’s degree in Computer Science or prior relevant engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of professional engineering experience building consumer-facing products at scale.
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems to technical and business audiences.
- Track record of designing and shipping quality user experiences.
- Enthusiasm for AI-driven engineering practices and optimizing development lifecycles with modern automated tools.
