Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI Agents that automate low- to medium-complexity accounting workflows.
- Train and enable customers through workshops, guided build sessions, office hours, and ongoing coaching.
- Help customers identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and scope use cases.
- Troubleshoot agent configurations and validate inputs and outputs, escalating issues when needed.
- Share customer feedback, participate in feature testing, and identify usability improvements.
- Guide partner-led implementations and train partners on delivery practices.
- Lead internal enablement sessions on Transform’s agent-building tools and technical best practices.
- Travel up to 30% to customer sites for deployment, training, and adoption workshops.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or accounting operations.
- Strong familiarity with reconciliations, journal entries, variance reviews, and month-end close activities.
- Accounting background required; public accounting, audit, or corporate accounting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, system optimization, data-flow concepts, APIs, and integrations.
- Ability to translate complex accounting processes into structured automation steps.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for managing training, documentation, and customer enablement.
- Willingness to travel for customer training and workshops.
- CPA or a degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Experience with professional services, finance transformation, process optimization, ERP systems, AI or automation platforms, SQL-based reporting, and API integrations preferred.
