Responsibilities
- Drive AI-led margin acceleration by identifying high-impact opportunities and delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Classical Machine Learning solutions for industrial applications.
- Lead Autonomous Framework execution, including operating cadence, milestones, dependencies, releases, progress reporting, risks, blockers, and required actions.
- Define objectives, scope, success criteria, and decision gates for AI initiatives while managing dependencies and contributing to prioritization and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Design, prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions and provide technical leadership across product, platform, architecture, technology partners, and pilot customers.
- Act as a senior AI subject-matter expert and progressively build and lead a small team of AI engineers as the function scales.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or analytics, including 7+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and/or Classical Machine Learning.
- Strong hands-on expertise in LLMs, RAG, MCP, agentic orchestration, agentic harnesses, and agentic architecture, with proven industrial AI delivery experience.
- Experience developing Classical Machine Learning and Neural Network models, with strong knowledge of MLOps and cloud or edge deployment.
- Experience driving execution across multiple teams and technology partners, influencing without direct authority, and managing complex dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Strong understanding of AI solution architecture, experimentation, prototyping, and production deployment, with the ability to translate business priorities into executable AI workstreams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to senior leadership and structure ambiguous initiatives.
- BE, BTech, ME, or MTech in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in industrial software, process automation, energy, autonomous operations, asset performance, manufacturing execution, or energy management is advantageous.
- Exposure to Microsoft and Cognite ecosystems and scaled Agile or program execution is advantageous.
