Responsibilities
- Write and review high-quality ServiceNow configuration.
- Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into technical designs.
- Map architectural and technical decisions to requirements and guide developers.
- Evaluate solution options and select approaches that best meet client requirements.
- Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during implementation.
- Create and review architecture, framework, and high-level application design documents.
- Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements.
- Develop and design solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, including the technologies, patterns, and frameworks used to implement them.
- Apply technology integration knowledge to project scenarios.
Requirements
- 5.5 or more years of total experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture, application development, and implementation.
- Strong experience with the ServiceNow GRC and Legal modules.
- Strong command of ServiceNow platform components, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of MID Server setup, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, Glide, REST, SOAP, SRAPI, and import set APIs.
- Experience designing and implementing custom scoped applications.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, version control, CI/CD, and unit testing.
- Ability to consult and influence technical decisions and architectural best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior enterprise software development experience in ServiceNow-competitive application domains.
- Knowledge of SOA technologies and integration techniques.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
