Build robust, easy-to-use foundational platforms and tools for engineering teams.
Exemplify cloud-native site reliability best practices.
Write performant, maintainable, clear, and concise code.
Employ strong problem-solving skills to debug cloud-native distributed systems.
Influence and educate the engineering organization on new architectural patterns.
Provide robust documentation to promote self-service among engineers.

5+ years of applicable experience.
Experience managing cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar.
Experience using managed languages like Python, Go, C#, Java, or similar.
Experience operating in Kubernetes platforms like AKS, EKS, or similar.
Experience utilizing CI/CD platforms for automating infrastructure and software processes.
Experience using observability tools for debugging issues.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Builder-operator mindset with proven production ownership.
Empathy to support the needs of software engineers.
